Workday Recruiting/Talent Admin II/III
Position Overview
1)The Workday Recruiting/Talent Admin will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the Workday recruiting and talent management systems. This position will focus on ensuring the effective administration of these systems, enhancing user experience, and providing data-driven insights to support HR initiatives.
2)The Workday Performance Admin will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the Performance module within Workday. We have 1 opening for the Workday Recruiting/Talent Admin role, as well as 1 opening for the Workday Performance Module Admin. This is a remote role, occasional travel to Seattle is required(~4 times annually).
We are looking to bring aboard 2 highly experienced HRIS Administrators, with an extensive background in data analysis and software development lifecycle. Experience managing Workday integrations, implementations, and ongoing maintenance/technical support relating to Workday functionality, data integrity, and system integrations are core requirements for consideration. Prior experience working within a healthcare setting is preferred.
