Title: Tax Manager
Location: Boulder, CO (Hybrid 2-3x/week)
Compensation: $100k-150k + 401k, PTO and employer paid health insurance/medical benefits
Requirements: Must have at least 10+ years of experience within a Public Accounting firm in a tax prep/review capacity.

Requirements:

CPA license
10+ years of tax preparation/review experience (individual, fiduciary, non-profit, business)
Strong general tax knowledge; specialization preferred
Ability to acquire, develop, and retain clients
Leadership experience in staff development and firm strategy
Availability for extended hours during tax deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tax returns efficiently
Advise clients on compliance, planning, and financial interpretation
Research tax laws for complex planning
Supervise and mentor staff for technical and professional growth
Promote firm culture and external business development
