Position Overview: The Tax Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing tax functions of the organization. The Tax Manager will be responsible for all aspects of tax planning, compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tax planning and advice to management on various tax matters.
Manage the preparation of federal, state, and local income tax returns.
Prepare all tax related forms and tax related filings.
Perform tax research.
Provide reconciliation of tax accounts.
Maintain tax records for organization and prepare tax projections.
Develop and maintain relationships with the tax authorities.
Monitor changes in tax regulations and recommend strategies to minimize tax liability.
Assist in the preparation of tax audits.

Qualifications:

CPA, EA, or equivalent is required.
Experience in public accounting and/or tax compliance.
Experience with C-Corps, S-Corps, Form 990, and Form 1040.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
