We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities for commercial projects-from planning and coordination to execution and final delivery. What You'll Do
Lead daily on-site operations and coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Oversee budgets and financial tracking to keep costs under control
Ensure job site safety and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and codes
Conduct quality control checks to confirm all work meets project specs and expectations
Mentor and guide construction teams, promoting a positive and efficient work environment
Handle contract negotiations with subcontractors and vendors
Manage logistics like deliveries, scheduling, and site access
Assist with cost estimates and make sure scopes align with budget goals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction best practices
Familiarity with safety standards and local building codes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating contracts
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly on site
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of construction regulations and compliance requirements
