Sr. Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview
The Sr. Litigation Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple cases and assist in developing legal strategies for personal injury and plaintiff cases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in case preparation by conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
Manage discovery processes, including the organization and review of documents, and preparing discovery responses.
Coordinate and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial briefs, and assist during trial as necessary.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and keep them informed about case progress.

Qualifications

Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution preferred
Bilingual (required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury and plaintiff cases.
Strong understanding of litigation processes and relevant laws.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
