Position Overview
The Regional Vice President will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across the Mid-Atlantic region, ensuring the execution of strategic initiatives and delivering results that align with company goals. The role requires a strong leader with a focus on business development and operational success in the environmental services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the region.
Lead and manage regional teams to achieve operational efficiency and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the region.
Collaborate with corporate leadership to align regional initiatives with overall company objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the region.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Expertise within the environmental services or disaster restoration industries.
Strong leadership skills.
Experience in operations and sales management is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
