Piping Superintendent

Location: Loveland or Lafayette, CO
Pay: 110k-135k
Position Overview
The Piping Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all piping activities on industrial construction projects. This role ensures that all piping processes comply with safety regulations and project specifications, while also coordinating between various teams to achieve timely and efficient project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage piping installation and maintenance activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Coordinate with other construction disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications related to piping systems.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff and laborers on piping techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management.
- Manage resources, including materials and manpower, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Piping Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role in industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Experience in utility construction is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
