Personal Injury Paralegal

Position Overview
Award winning Personal Injury firm is seeking both a Pre-Litigation and Litigation Paralegal to assist the legal team in managing cases, conducting research, and preparing legal documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-litigation and litigation processes, particularly in the area of personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
Maintain and organize case files and documentation
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses to gather information
Help in the preparation of trial materials and exhibits
Monitor and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Paralegal certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law
Strong understanding of pre-litigation and litigation processes
Excellent research and writing skills
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
