Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support our legal team in various aspects of case preparation and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and be proficient in legal research and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing for court hearings and trials
Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case information
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Maintain and organize case files and documentation
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
Utilize legal software to manage case information and deadlines
Assist in trial preparation and strategy development
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the practice area

Qualifications

Paralegal certification from an accredited program
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably in personal injury or related fields
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Experience with legal research and writing
Familiarity with legal software and case management systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
