Lead Civil Engineer - Project Manager

Position Overview
Based in the heart of Jacksonville, we are a respected Civil Engineering firm with multiple offices along the East Coast. Due to growth, we are seeking a visionary Senior Civil PM to oversee and manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a PE license and looking for a leadership role. This role focuses on delivering high-quality engineering solutions with land development, site development, traditional civil.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects from conceptual design through final implementation.
Develop and review engineering designs and plans for site development and infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices throughout project execution.
Mentor and guide engineering team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, adjusting as necessary to meet project goals.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
Prepare and present project proposals and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of site development and infrastructure design principles.
Experience with environmental regulations and compliance measures.

The salary range for this position is $130K to $160K depending on experience and qualifications.
