Key Responsibilities:

Conduct zoning research, plan review, entitlement application drafting and submittal
Public outreach related to project entitlement actions
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and landscape architects to product high-quality products

Qualifications:

Must Have:

2+ years of experience with land use, entitlements, real estate development, or other planning/permitting activities
Experience with land use regulations and discretionary review procedures throughout the Central Valley and Northern California

Nice to Have:

Strong business acumen - proficient verbal communication and writing skills
Interdepartmental collaboration skills
