Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive estate and tax planning services tailored to each client's unique needs.
Draft a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and advanced directives.
Advise high-net-worth individuals and business owners on wealth transfer strategies and succession planning.
Stay current on relevant tax laws, probate rules, and advanced estate planning techniques.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, expertise, and proactive counsel.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
3-5 years of estate planning experience, preferably with exposure to probate and tax law.
Demonstrated ability to draft complex estate planning documents with precision.
Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
Strong client-service orientation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
