Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Probate & Estates Attorney to handle various legal matters related to estate planning, probate, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients in navigating the complexities of estate administration and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on estate planning and probate matters
Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Represent clients in probate court and handle litigation related to estates
Assist clients with guardianship and guardianship administration
Advise clients on estate tax implications and strategies
Manage all aspects of estate administration, including asset distribution and creditor claims
Negotiate and settle disputes related to estates and trusts

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and litigation
Strong understanding of estate and trust law
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
