Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our financial team. The CPA will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing expert advice on financial planning and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
Assist clients with tax preparation and planning to optimize financial outcomes.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and forecasts for business strategies.
Manage budgeting processes and financial forecasts to support organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Utilize Quickbooks and Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies for risk management.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to enhance financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Active CPA license is required.
Proven experience in financial reporting, auditing, and tax preparation.
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues.
Excellent financial analysis and forecasting skills.
Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
Proficiency in Quickbooks and advanced Excel functions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
