Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Construction Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will focus on representing construction companies, contractors, and other stakeholders in various disputes related to construction projects. This role requires strong litigation skills and a deep understanding of construction law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in construction-related litigation matters, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather information.
  • Attend court hearings and assist in the management of case files.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 1-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in construction law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
