Business Analyst - Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Data Analytics to join our team. This role is critical in leveraging data insights to drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience with various data analysis tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Support the implementation of business intelligence tools and technologies, including SalesForce and SAP.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders for strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on data analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
Familiarity with SalesForce, SAP, and AWS environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
