Building Automation Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of building automation projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate building automation projects from initiation to completion
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design building automation systems
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and clients
Provide training and support to clients on building automation systems
Evaluate and select vendors and subcontractors for project execution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in project management within the building automation industry
Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and related technologies
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
